This Privacy Policy explains how Sonar Drift Ocean Cleanup (the “Game”) handles information. By using the Game, you acknowledge the practices described below.

Information we process

The Game is designed to work without creating an account. We do not ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, or payment information.

To operate, secure, and improve the Game and optional advertising features, the Game and its service providers may process limited technical information, such as device model, operating-system version, language, IP address, app version, crash or performance diagnostics, and a device/vendor identifier. Game progress and settings are stored locally on your device.

Advertising and tracking

The Game may offer optional rewarded advertisements. Advertising services may process technical information to deliver, measure, protect, and limit advertising. Where required by Apple, we request permission through App Tracking Transparency before accessing the advertising identifier or performing tracking across apps and websites. You may decline permission; the core Game remains playable. You can change this choice in your device Settings at any time.

The Game currently uses Yandex Mobile Ads for rewarded advertisements. Other advertising SDK dependencies included in a build are not initialized by the Game unless they are expressly enabled in a later release. Advertising partners process information under their own privacy notices and may use IP address and device information for fraud prevention, frequency capping, ad delivery, and measurement.

How information is used

Technical information is used to provide and protect the Game, troubleshoot crashes, maintain compatibility, prevent fraud or abuse, and operate optional rewarded advertising. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help operate the Game, including advertising, hosting, security, and diagnostic providers, or when required by law. These providers may process information on their own systems under their applicable terms and privacy policies.

Data retention and security

Local game progress remains on your device until you remove the Game or clear its data. Service providers retain information according to their own retention policies and legal obligations. We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

The Game does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Your choices and rights

You can reset or limit advertising tracking in your device settings and can remove local game data by deleting the Game. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. To make a request or ask a privacy question, contact us at the address below.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the Game or applicable legal requirements change. We will publish the updated version on this page and revise the effective date.
